What we store
Your account email, profile preferences (currency, locale, time zone), the trips you create and everything inside them: activities, reservations, documents, expenses and the people you invite.
Where it lives
On servers operated for Triptix in the European Union. Documents are stored privately and served only through short-lived authorised links.
Third parties
Only the providers listed on the integrations page receive data, only for the purpose shown there, and only when that integration is connected. Reservation extraction sends the document you upload to the extraction provider and nothing else.
Your choices
You can export or delete a trip at any time, remove companions, and delete your account, which removes your trips and documents.
